  2. Automatic Live Activity: Once your session is running, the Live Activity will appear automatically on your Apple Watch. It mirrors the behavior you’re familiar with on iPhone, ensuring a consistent, unified experience.
  3. Pause and Resume: If you need to pause tracking—maybe you’re momentarily getting out of bed—the Live Activity will immediately reflect this state change on your Apple Watch. When you resume tracking, the Live Activity updates in real-time.
  4. Customization Options: Prefer not to see Live Activities? No problem. You can turn this feature off in the configuration settings for each of your presets, giving you full control over your tracking environment.
