- Sleep Quality and Duration– View your average sleep quality and duration, and how they changed compared to the previous month. Did any new habits make a difference?
- Best Sleep Session – Celebrate your most restful night this month! Did you do anything differently that day to improve your sleep?
- Sleep Stages – Check your average time spent in each sleep stage per night. An adequate balance is key!
- Sleep Disruptions – Review how often and for how long your sleep was interrupted. Can you notice any patterns affecting your rest?
- Sleep Sessions – Easily spot how many nights you recorded your sleep, staying consistent is key!
